My kids are daredevils!

Today we went tubing, with the jet-ski, on Lake Chesdin, in Chesterfield. And it was crowded with other boat-owning, thrill seeking daredevils. I am NOT a daredevil. Hence, I was holding on, from my spotter’s position, with a white-knuckled grip.

But my kids were having a blast. I’ve always wanted to get some pictures of the kids tubing, but I’ve always been scared to expose the camera to dangerous water conditions. But I figured, hey, I’ll just try extra hard to be careful with it.

At one point Jabem decided to stand UP in the tube! Like he was surfing! He’s nuts! My heart came flying out of my throat!

And little GB intentionally flew backwards off the tube, not once, but three times! He came up out of the water cackling like an evil little witch. But it was obvious that he was having SO much fun with his older brother and sister.

I’ve got to hand it to Aquagirl. She’s just as much of a daredevil as the boys, BUT she could see that they were terrifying me and was trying to restrain them.

I really, REALLY think I’ve done my jet-ski duty for the season. Somebody tell me I have.
