First, I want to thank Kris, over at Paradise Found, for giving me the World Almanac Puzzler Deck:Math. I think it’s so sweet of her to pass on some of these things that she reviews. I’m really excited to see if it will add a bit of fun to GB’s Math days.

Second, I’d like you all to know that Pillsbury came through! Last week I went to make a package of cinnamon rolls and when I opened up the tube, there was NO cinnamon! So I did what we can do in this age of technology, and I emailed Pillsbury, told them about the defective (but still tasty) package of cinnamon rolls, and asked if they could send me some coupons for a free package. Well, they sent me TWO coupons for freebies and some recipes! Isn’t that great! I had some yesterday!

Lastly, I wanted to pass on an awesome deal. I don’t know about you folks, but I go through a lot of paper when I’m homeschooling. I found this little gem of a deal at the HP website for TEN reams of printer paper… That’s 5000 sheets! And it only cost $6.49, with NO shipping costs! Isn’t that shocking! Being fairly greedy sometimes, I actually ordered two.
